Leptin er et stof der f\u00e5r mennesket til at f\u00f8le sig m\u00e6t. Desuden vil mennesker der sover for lidt danne mere af hormonet ghrelin, der giver sultfornemmelse og lyst til fedt og sukker.<\/p>\n<p>I Danmark sover man i gennemsnit 6 timer og 48 minutter hver nat.
